Our custom foam sets, which provide optimal content protection, are made of Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Expanded Polystyrene, Molded Expanded Polystyrene and Molded Instapack. Custom foam forms are fabricated in our facility with the following processes: die cutting, convoluting, hot wiring, profile cutting, routing, laminating, heat welding and gluing. We also construct caps, corner pads, separators, compartments or any other application required for your job.
Tripe P Packaging is a Southern New England distributor of air cushion machines form Free Flow Packaging International and Pactiv Air. These durable and versatile machine create void-fill on-demand, minimizing inventory space requirements. The machines fill preformed, perforated pouches at 20 - 70 feet per minute. Using ambient air, the pouches provide optimal package cushioning and are so light as to offer measurable savings on postage and shipping.
